Halogen-bond driven self-assembly of perfluorocarbon monolayers on silicon nitride
The paper titled “Halogen-bond driven self-assembly of perfluorocarbon monolayers on silicon nitride” is available online! It is about the modification of a silicon nitride surface by exploiting a new mechanism for producing ultra-thin surface coatings, the halogen-bond. The coatings are shown to produce ultra-low surface energies and we have demonstrated its ability to improve the stability of perovskite solar cells against solvents that are capable of degrading the solar cells. Great work Jun!
